Delivery Time

We deliver orders within Estonia in 2–5 business days*.
*Delivery may take longer than usual during sale periods.

Note: If the items in your order are stored in different warehouses, the delivery time may be extended by 1–2 business days. Once the order is placed, you will see the estimated delivery date.

VENIPAK

• Parcel Machine - Parcels are stored in the locker for 3 calendar days. If not collected within this period, the parcel will be returned to the sender and will not be resent.
• Courier – You will receive an SMS the day before delivery regarding the planned delivery. If delivery fails three times, the parcel will be returned to the sender and will not be resent.

By clicking the link in the SMS, you can redirect the parcel to the nearest Venipak parcel locker.

OMNIVA 

Parcels are stored in the locker for 7 calendar days. If you do not collect the parcel within 3 calendar days, OMNIVA will send a reminder SMS. If the parcel is not collected within 7 days, it will be returned to the seller.

DPD

DPD will notify you via SMS the evening before delivery, and the courier will call you on the delivery day before arrival. You can change the delivery address and date via the link in the SMS.

Damaged Packaging

Important! When receiving a parcel from a DPD courier or collecting it from an OMNIVA or Venipak parcel locker, please check that the packaging and items are not damaged. If damage is found, note it on the delivery document and/or inform us by email at info@open24.ee within 3 calendar days.
